Mi defensa.

Mi nombre es Jaime Leon y esta es mi respuesta a los agravios surgidos en redes sociales contra mi persona.

1.- La secuencia de eventos descritos por el post realizado por Daniella Franco. no es un fiel reflejo de los hechos ocurridos. Es cierto que ella asistió a mi casa para realizar una transmisión de DJ, pero no estuvimos solos, hubo otra persona, y en ningún momento ocurrieron los hechos delictivos narrados por ella, ni contacto sexual menos la comisión de un delito. El post es tendencioso y permite que la gente que lo lea infiera que hubo un hecho violación sexual o tocamientos indebidos, lo cual rechazo contundentemente.

2.- El post referenciado y su falsedad de lo narrado ha provocado un daño irreparable en mi honor y reputación, tanto a nivel nacional e internacional. Ha originado que se me califique como "violador" y el alejamiento de muchas personas con quienes mantenía una relación de amistad y/o comercial.

3.- Por ello, en defensa de mi honor, junto con un equipo legal, estamos tomando las siguientes acciones:

3.1 Estamos presentando una querella por difamación y calumnia contra Daniella Franco por el post publicado el domingo 21 de junio en Facebook e Instagram, en agravio de mi persona.
3.2 Asimismo, se va a presentar una denuncia para que se investigue acerca de la creación, publicación y divulgación de información calumniosa en una página falsa de Lima Sound System.

3.3 También se presentará otra denuncia contra una persona por intento de agresión física el  sábado 20 de junio contra mi persona; dicha persona actuó supuestamente en “defensa” de Daniella Franco.

Estas denuncias tienen por finalidad  que se sancione a las personas que me han perjudicado tanto en mi honor como en mi reputación por supuestos actos delictivos e inmoralidades que nunca ocurrieron y serán las autoridades judiciales quienes se encargarán de ello.

Agradezco las muestras de soporte recibidas todos estos días y su paciencia por contar con la versión real de los hechos y mi respuesta oficial.

3.1 We are filing a defamation and slander complaint against Daniella Franco for the post published on Sunday, June 21 on Facebook and Instagram, to the detriment of myself.

3.2 Likewise, a complaint will be filed to investigate the creation, publication and disclosure of slanderous information on a false page of the Lima Sound System.

3.3 Another complaint will also be filed against a person for attempted physical assault on Saturday June 20 against me; Said person allegedly acted in "defense" of Daniella Franco.

These complaints are intended to punish those who have harmed me, both in my honor and in my reputation, for alleged criminal acts and immoralities that never occurred, and it will be the judicial authorities who will take care of it.
